EUA Full-Disk Fault

Symptom

When the disk is full, the EUA functions are affected. As a result, the EUA query service is unavailable.

Procedure

  1. Ask the maintenance personnel to manually delete the unnecessary files so that the Disk can function properly.
  2. Log in to the OMU client.

  3. Run the( STR REDUNDANCY: REDUNDANCYSCOPE=PT2ES; )command under the USM NE, as shown in the following figure.

    Remarks:

    (1) If the EC network has one HTTP VM or more than two HTTP VMs, perform step1 to step 3.

    (2) If the EC network has only HTTP VM active and standby VM nodes, the active VM and standby VM nodes are switched over after disk recovery on the active VM node. In this case, you need to switch the active VM and standby VM nodes to the original state by restarting the current active VM node. The following figure shows the restart method. After the host where the disk was full becomes the active VM node, perform step 3.
