2200 W AC Power Module

The 2200 W AC power module is a AC-input and DC-output power module.

Mapping

Table 1-9 describes the mapping between the 2200 W AC power module and NIP6800 chassis.

Appearance

The 2200 W AC PDB has a 1 U standard modular structure. It contains the R4850G2 AC power module. Both the 2200 W AC PDB and R4850G2 AC power module are hot-swappable. Figure 1-12 shows the PDB appearance, and Figure 1-13 shows the PDB panel. The 2200 W AC PDB shall be used together with the C19 straight connector power cable.

Power cable clip

Fixes the power cable in place.

Power receptacle

Connects the C19 connector of the AC power cable.

Power switch

Allows you to turn the power output on or off.

RUN indicator (green)

  • Steady on: The power module is working properly.
  • Off: The power input or power module is faulty.
  • Blink once every 2 seconds (0.5 Hz): The power module is in manual query state. This is a normal state, and no action is required.
  • Blink four times every 1 second (4 Hz): The power module is in program loading state. This is a normal state, and no action is required. After the program is loaded, the indicator blinks once every 2 seconds.

ALARM indicator (yellow)

  • Off: The power module does not have alarms.
  • Steady on: The power module has encountered a fault, such as overvoltage, undervoltage, or overcurrent.
  • Blink once every 2 seconds (0.5 Hz): The communication of the power module has been interrupted.

FAULT indicator (red)

  • Steady on: An unrecoverable fault occurs in the power supply module, such as fan failure, no output current, or short circuit of output current.
  • Off: The power module does not have any faults.

  • Input overvoltage
  • Input undervoltage
  • Output overvoltage
  • Output current limiting
  • Output short circuit
  • Overtemperature
