This section describes the AC power cables of the NIP6800 that uses the AC power supply. Learn about the structure and specifications of the AC power cable before you make or purchase any for the NIP6800.

AC Power Cable of the NIP6830

This section describes the AC power cable of the NIP6830.

Structure and Appearance

The NIP6830 uses an external AC cable suite. In addition to Chinese standard AC power cables, local-standard AC power cables for Europe and North America are included. Figure 1-60 are for reference. Select power cables as required.

Technical Specifications

Table 1-93 shows the technical specifications for the R4850G2 AC power cable.

You must connect the AC cable in compliance with local standards and requirements.

AC Power Cable of the NIP6860

This section describes the AC power cable of the NIP6860.

NIP6860 AC Power Cable includes two parts:
  • Cable between the AC power chassis and the NIP6860
  • Between the AC power chassis and the AC Power Distribution cabinet
NOTE:

When the AC power passes through the AC power chassis, the convertor converts the AC power into the DC power. Therefore, the DC power cable needs to be used between the AC power chassis and the . For detailed information, please check Cables Between the AC power chassis and the NIP6860.

Structure and Appearance
Cable and terminal ( for the EPS200-4850A AC power chassis )

The NIP6860 uses electric and electronic cables as AC power cables, as shown in Figure 1-61.

An electric and electronic cable consists of a cable and two terminals. The terminals are mainly OT terminals.

Figure 1-62 shows the OT terminal without a cable.

The NIP6860 uses an external AC cable suite. In addition to Chinese standard AC power cables, local-standard AC power cables for Europe and North America are included. Figure 1-63 is for reference. Select power cables as required.

If the power supply distance is longer than 50 m, you must place the power distribution cabinet closer to EPS200-4850A the AC power chassis.

If the distance between an EPS200-4850A AC power chassis and the power distribution cabinet is shorter than 50 m, use the AC power cable shown in Table 1-94.
