The deviation of the cabinet is less than 3 mm horizontally and not more than 3 mm vertically.

All bolts are firmly fastened, especially those for electrical connections. Both flat washers and spring washers are used and the spring washers are placed over the flat washers.

The cabinet is neat and clean.

The doors can be opened and closed smoothly.

All labels, tags, and nameplates are correct, legible, and complete.

All the self-made ground cables are copper-based with proper wire diameters. There is no switch or fuse on the cable and no area of disconnection.

Ground cables, AC input power cables, and cables in the cabinet are connected correctly according to the power system wiring diagram. Screws are tightened. Output and input cables are not short-circuited.

Extra power and ground cable are stripped off, not coiled.

The lugs at both ends of each power cable or ground cable are properly crimped.

Bare wires and lug handles at the wiring terminals are wrapped tightly with insulation tape or heat shrink tubing.

The flat washer and spring washer are mounted securely to all the wiring terminals.

All cable connectors are securely linked, especially those at the bottom of the cabinet.
