Possible Causes

When the interconnection between UNS and ITA is configured, the WI cluster name is incorrectly configured in the ITA list.

Procedure

  1. Obtain the correct WI cluster name. Log in to the ITA where the incorrect WI cluster name is configured based on the alarm, and choose FusionAccess > System > Desktop Components > WI Information to locate the correct WI cluster name. Multiple WI clusters may be configured in one ITA.
  2. Correctly configure the WI cluster name in UNS based on the preceding step. Choose FusionAccess > System > Desktop Components, locate UNS Information, and open the ITA in ITA List. In the displayed WI List dialog box, enter the correct WI name and delete the WI clusters that do not exist. Pay attention to the mapping between multiple ITAs and WI clusters. After the modification is successful, click OK.
  3. After the correct WI cluster name is configured, choose FusionAccess > Alarm to manually clear the error message "UNS WI Cluster Name Is Incorrect".
