VMs Respond Slowly to User Operations

During desktop cloud application, when the desktop responds slowly to user operations, you can use the following methods to rectify the fault.

Method 1: Stop unnecessary processes (Windows OS).

  1. On the user desktop, start Task Manager, as shown in the following figure.

  2. View processes of high CPU/memory usage.
  3. Save user documents.
  4. Stop the processes of high CPU/memory usage.

Method 2: Restart the desktop.

  1. Save user documents.
  2. Choose Restart from the Start menu or click Restart on the WI page, as shown in the figure below.

  3. Go to the login page again, and enter the domain username and password.
  4. Go to the VM list page and click a VM icon to log in to the VM.
