Quick Recovery from a VM Connection Failure

During VM application, a VM connection failure may occur due to misoperations. You can use the following methods to quickly rectify the fault. Method 1 is recommended.

Method 1 (Windows OS only):

  1. In the VM list, click under the VM icon to open the self-help console and log in to the VM.

  2. Choose Start > Huawei vDesk. In Diagnostic, resolve the problem as prompted.

Method 2:

  1. You can click or to resolve VM internal problems.

Forcibly restarting a VM is equivalent to powering off the VM and then powering on the VM again. Restart or forcible restart may result in OS file loss (similar to what occurs on a common PC). Do not frequently restart or forcibly restart a VM.
