Possible Causes

The database stops working, or the network connection between the SWR application server and the database is abnormal.


  1. Check whether the network connection between the SWR application server and the database is normal.

    1. Use a browser to log in to the FusionStage OM zone console.
      1. Log in to ManageOne Maintenance Portal.
        • Login address: https://Address for accessing the homepage of ManageOne Maintenance Portal:31943, for example,
        • The default username is admin, and the default password is Huawei12#$.
      2. On the O&M Maps page, click the FusionStage link under Quick Links to go to the FusionStage OM zone console.
    2. Choose Application Operations > Application Operations from the main menu.
    3. In the left pane, choose Alarm Center > Alarm List.
    4. On the Alarm List page, click on the left of the target alarm in the alarm list to view the alarm details.
    5. View and record the values of Alarm Name (under the Location Info parameter) and Generation Time. Based on the value of Alarm Name, you can determine whether the connection is normal.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm is automatically cleared when SWR is normally used.

Related Information

In the actual environment, the database response delay may occur due to factors such as network or database configurations. In this case, no alarms are generated.
