  • The certificate of the eBackup does not exist in the system.
  • The certificate of the eBackup has expired.

Procedure

  1. Possible cause 1: The certificate of the eBackup does not exist in the system.

    1. Log in to the GUI of the node that sends the alarm using a browser.

      Login address: https://IP address corresponding to the node that sends the alarm:8088

      Default account: admin. Default password: Cloud12#$ for installation using HUAWEI CLOUD Stack Deploy, and PXU9@ctuNov17! for manual installation.

    2. Choose Settings > Certificate. On the Certificate page that is displayed. If the IP address reported in the alarm is the IP address of the backup manager, check whether the backup manager certificate exists. If the IP address reported in the alarm is the IP address of the backup server, check whether the backup server certificate exists.
      • If yes, 2.
      • If no, 1.c.
    3. Contact the administrator to obtain certificate. If the IP address reported in the alarm is the IP address of the backup manager, obtain the backup manager certificate. If the IP address reported in the alarm is the IP address of the backup server, obtain the backup server certificate.
    4. Click Import, upload the certificate of the eBackup. No further action is required.

  2. Possible cause 2: The certificate of the eBackup has expired.

    1. Log in to the GUI of the node that sends the alarm using a browser.

      • If yes, 2.c.
      • If no, contact technical support engineers.
    3. Contact the administrator to obtain certificate. If the IP address reported in the alarm is the IP address of the backup manager, obtain the backup manager certificate. If the IP address reported in the alarm is the IP address of the backup server, obtain the backup server certificate.
    4. Click Import, upload a valid certificate for eBackup.
