Procedure

  1. Determine the deployment scenario of the current environment. Obtain the audit report.

  2. Determine the scenario where the current environment is deployed. Process the residual ECS snapshots by performing operations provided in section "Processing Residual ECS Snapshots."

  3. Determine the scenario where the current environment is deployed and obtain section "Manual Audit." Start the system audit again.

    • For Region Type I (cascading system), see Manual Audit.
    • Region Type II and Region Type III scenarios:

  4. On Service OM, choose Services > Service OM > Centralized O&M > Alarm > Alarm List. Check whether this alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 5.

  5. Contact technical support for assistance.
