In the current system, alarms cannot be reported from FusionSphere OpenStack to Service OM.

Impact on the System

FusionSphere OpenStack alarms cannot be reported to Service OM.

Possible Causes

FusionSphere OpenStack alarm reporting is not configured.


  1. Log in to the FusionSphere OpenStack web client.

    For details, see Logging In to the FusionSphere OpenStack Web Client (ManageOne Mode).

  2. Check whether alarm reporting is configured.

    • If no, go to 3.
    • If yes, go to 4.

  3. Configure alarm reporting by performing operations provided in "Configuring FusionSphere OpenStack Alarm Reporting" in HUAWEI CLOUD Stack 6.5.0 O&M Guide.
  4. After about 10 minutes, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 5.

  5. Contact technical support for assistance.
