Impact on the System

IaaS is unavailable. As a result, volume operations cannot be performed.

System Actions

The system keeps attempting to call the interfaces.

Possible Causes

Resources have been mistakenly deleted.

Procedure

  1. Use PuTTY to log in to the faulty node as the paas user.

    Default username: paas; default password: QAZ2wsx@123!

  2. Run the following command to go to the log path:

    cd /var/paas/sys/log/csms-storagemgr

  3. Run the following command to open the log file:

    vi csms-storagemgr.log

    Search for "Failed to call SDK" in the log file to identity the failure cause.

  4. Contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm will be automatically cleared after the fault is rectified. You need to manually clear this alarm in some cases, for example, when you perform volume operations using command lines.
