Procedure

  1. Log in to ManageOne Maintenance Portal using a browser.

    • URL: https://Address for accessing the homepage of ManageOne Maintenance Portal:31943, for example, https://oc.type.com:31943
    • Default username: admin; default password: Huawei12#$

  2. Click Log In. In the navigation bar at the top, choose Alarms > Current Alarms, and obtain the additional information and location information of this alarm.
  3. Check whether failReason in the additional alarm information contains UnknownHostException.

    If yes, the domain name of FusionSphere OpenStack has failed to be parsed.

  4. Run the following command to check whether in fact the domain name of FusionSphere OpenStack can be parsed. If yes, ignore this alarm.

    ping Domain name of FusionSphere OpenStack

    If the domain name of FusionSphere OpenStack can be pinged, the domain name can be parsed.

  5. Check whether failReason in the additional alarm information contains timed out.

    If yes, FusionSphere OpenStack has failed to complete query before the predefined timer expired. Contact technical support and provide the domain name of FusionSphere OpenStack for troubleshooting.

  6. If the results of the previous two steps are both negative, contact technical support for assistance.
