Description

This alarm is generated when the number of created service instances exceeds 70% of the maximum limit (150,000) supported by cse-service-center.

Namespace

Indicates the namespace of the service for which the alarm is generated.

ServiceName

Indicates the name of the service for which the alarm is generated.

InstanceName

Indicates the name of the service instance for which the alarm is reported.

NodeIp

Indicates the IP address of the host where the microservice instance is deployed.

threshold

Indicates the percentage range of the number of created instances to the maximum limit.

Impact on the System

If the number of created instances exceeds the maximum limit, instance creation fails.

Possible Causes

The number of created instances exceeds 70% of the maximum limit.

Procedure

  1. Clear the created instances until the number of instances is less than 70% of the global instance quantity.
  2. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm will be automatically cleared after the fault is rectified.
