Impact on the System

The microservice cannot run properly. As a result, the overall system performance may deteriorate.

Possible Causes

The microservice is stopped.


  1. Possible cause 1: The microservice is stopped.

    1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server where the microservice is stopped as user hcp using the IP address reported by the alarm.

      Default account: hcp. Default password: PXU9@ctuNov17!.

    2. Run the su root command. Enter the password of user root to switch to user root.

      The default password of user root is Cloud12#$.

    3. Run the ps -ef | grep microservice name command to check whether the microservice process exists.
    4. Run the netstat -lp | grep microservice port command to check whether the microservice port is occupied.
      • If yes, stop the process that occupies the port. Then go to 1.e.
      • If no, 1.e.
    5. Run the cd /opt/huawei-data-protection/ebackup/microservice/ebk_xxx/script command to go to the microservice script directory. In the command, ebk_xxx indicates the microservice name.
    6. Run the source command to import environmental variables.
    7. Run the stop command to stop the microservice. Wait for 1 minute and the microservice will start automatically.
      • If yes, no further action is required.
      • If no, contact technical support engineers.
