Possible Causes

Certain services frequently report alarms.

Procedure

  1. Use PuTTY to log in to the node where alm-almreceiver resides.

    The default username is paas, and the default password is QAZ2wsx@123!.

  2. Run the following command to view the root.log file:

    cd /var/paas/sys/log/alm-almreceiver/log/

    tail -f root.log

  3. Search for the service whose alarm frequency is high in the log. Contact the O&M personnel of the service to check whether the alarm reporting is normal.
  4. If it is abnormal, the O&M personnel will rectify the fault.

    If it is normal, contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm will be automatically cleared after the fault is rectified.
