This alarm is reported when the service has not recovered from the abnormality for more than 10 minutes.

The service instance cannot be subscribed due to service abnormality.

System Actions


Possible Causes

  • The network connectivity may be interrupted.
  • If the service contains a broker or console, the broker or console may not be started properly.


  1. Log in to FusionStage.

    1. Use a browser to log in to ManageOne Operation Portal (ManageOne Tenant Portal in B2B scenarios) as a VDC administrator or VDC operator.

    2. Select your region and then project from the drop-down list on the top menu bar.
    3. Choose Console > Application > FusionStage from the main menu.

  2. Choose Marketplace > Service > My Publish from the main menu.
  3. Click Operation Log on the abnormal service, view the service instance logs to identify the cause, and contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm is automatically cleared when the service restores.
