Procedure

  1. Possible cause 1: The capacity of the storage device is insufficient.

    1. Refer to Logging In to the eBackup Server to log in to eBackup-Manager and backup server.
    2. Run the su root command and enter the password of user root to switch to user root.

      The default password of user root is Cloud12#$.

    3. Run the ll /opt/huawei-data-protection/ebackup/db_bak/ Identifier directory command to check whether useless data exists in the system storage path.
      • If yes, 1.d.
      • If no, contact the administrator to perform capacity expansion or data migration for the shared storage.
    4. Run the rm -rf Useless file or directory command to delete useless data.
