ALM-15023 Service Is Not Registered in Zookeeper

Alarm Description

Most services in DMS obtain IP addresses of other services using GlobalZK. These services register with the directories specified by GlobalZK during process startup. The health check process ops-check periodically checks whether these directories /register/core, /register/manager, /register/mas-api/business, /register/mas-api/manager, and /register/lb exist. If the directories do not exist, the alarm is reported.
