ALM-2002501 Site Network Status Is Abnormal


  • This alarm is generated when the network between site 1 and site 2 is disconnected or site 1 or site 2 is unavailable.
  • This alarm indicates a system fault or risk. You must locate and rectify the fault.

Possible Causes

  • The network between site 1 and site 2 is disconnected.
  • Site 1 or site 2 is powered off.
  • Site 1 or site 2 cannot communicate with both the peer site and site 3.

Handling Procedure

  1. Contact the administrator to check whether the network connections among site 1, site 2, and site 3 are normal and whether the services at these sites are running properly. After restoring network connections or services, go to 2.
  2. Wait for 3 minutes and check whether the alarm is automatically cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 3.

  3. Contact technical support.
