  1. Possible cause 1: The space usage of the repository exceeds the threshold.

    1. Log in to the backup server GUI using a browser.

      Login address: https://IP address corresponding to the datamover_management_float_ip field:8088

      Default account: admin. Default password: Cloud12#$ for installation using HUAWEI CLOUD Stack Deploy, and PXU9@ctuNov17! for manual installation.

    2. Choose Backup Storage > Repository. On the Repository page that is displayed. Check whether Usage of the repository is greater than Alarm Threshold.
      • If yes, 1.c.
      • If no, contact technical support engineers.
    3. On the Repository page, select the repository to obtain the storage unit information of the repository.
    4. Contact the administrator to expand the capacity of the storage unit or migrate data offline of the storage unit in the repository.
    5. Manually clear the alarm on the current alarm page.
