Description

This alarm is reported when the AOS API Server service is abnormal.

The AOS service is unavailable.

Possible Causes

  • The network between the application and the AOS API Server service is disconnected.
  • The AOS API Server service is abnormal.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the status of the AOS API Server service is normal.

    1. Use a browser to log in to the FusionStage OM zone console.
      1. Log in to ManageOne Maintenance Portal.
        • Login address: https://Address for accessing the homepage of ManageOne Maintenance Portal:31943, for example, https://oc.type.com:31943.
        • The default username is admin, and the default password is Huawei12#$.
      2. On the O&M Maps page, click the FusionStage link under Quick Links to go to the FusionStage OM zone console.
    2. Choose Application Operations > Application Operations > Application Monitoring > Application from the main menu, search for the AOS API Server service, and check whether the service status is stable within two minutes.
    3. Log in to the O&M node and check whether the service status is normal.
      1. Use PuTTY to log in to the manage_lb1_ip node.

        The default username is paas, and the default password is QAZ2wsx@123!.

      2. Run the following command and enter the password of the root user to switch to the root user:

        su - root

        Default password: QAZ2wsx@123!

      3. Run the following command to check the status of the service:

        kubectl get pod -nfst-manage | grep aos-apiserver

        If the following information is displayed, the service is normal:

        aos-apiserver-3766838331-1t5cp            1/1       Running   0          19d
        aos-apiserver-3766838331-63x52            1/1       Running   0          19d
    • If yes, go to 2.
    • If no, go to 4.

  2. Check whether the network connection between the application and the AOS API Server service is normal.

    1. Run the following command to access the container where the alarm is reported:

      kubectl -n fst-manage exec -ti csc-apiserver-1272234593-5qkg7 sh

      In this command, manage is the value of Namespace, and csc-apiserver-1272234593-5qkg7 is the value of InstanceName.

    2. Run the following command to check whether the network connection is normal:

      curl -kv https://aos-apiserver.fst-manage.svc.cluster.local:31800

      In this command, https://aos-apiserver.fst-manage.svc.cluster.local:31800 is the value of SrvAddr.

      If the following information is displayed, the network connection is normal:

      * About to connect() to aos-apiserver.fst-manage.svc.cluster.local port 31800 (#0)
      *   Trying 10.247.229.152...
      * Connected to aos-apiserver.fst-manage.svc.cluster.local (10.247.229.152) port 31800 (#0)
      • If yes, go to 4.
      • If no, go to 3.

  3. Contact the environment administrator, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 4.

  4. Contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm is automatically cleared when the AOS API Server service is called normally.
