ALM-1316000 FusionSphere OpenStack Service Packages Are Upgraded But Not Submitted
Description
The upg-server component periodically checks whether FusionSphere OpenStack service packages are submitted. The default interval is one day. This alarm is generated when this component detects that a service package is upgraded but not submitted seven days after the upgrade. This alarm is automatically cleared when the service package is submitted.

Impact on the System
The system running is not affected, but next upgrade will be impacted. Therefore, all the service packages upgraded last time must be submitted before the next upgrade.
Check whether the service packages need to be submitted. If the upgrade is not complete, ignore this alarm temporarily. Handle the alarm after all the service packages are upgraded.
If a service package is upgraded but not submitted for long time, the subsequent submission may fail if the configuration or roles of the service package change. In addition, part of the system disk space will be used.
Possible Causes
Users forget to submit the service packages on FusionTool after the upgrade is complete.
Procedure
- Check whether the upgrade for all target service packages is complete.
- If no, ignore this alarm temporarily and handle it when all services are upgraded.
- If yes, go to 2.
- Check whether the upgrade project in FusionTool exists.
- If yes, go to 3.
- If no, contact technical support for assistance.
- Restart the upgrade project on FusionTool and submit the project on FusionTool to submit the service packages. For details, see descriptions about submitting the project in the upgrade guide of the target version.
- After 30 minutes, check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If yes, no further action is required.
- If no, contact technical support for assistance.
