Procedure

  1. Possible cause 1: The storage unit is inaccessible.

    1. On the current alarm page, check whether the alarm whose ID is 0x10E00E0000 (Storage Unit Disconnected) or 0x10E00E0001 (Storage Unit Inaccessible) is reported.
      • If yes, handle the alarm described in 1.a to ensure that the storage unit is accessible.
      • If no, 2.

  2. Possible cause 2: Some blocks in the backup image are corrupted.

    1. Log in to the backup server GUI using a browser.

      Login address: https://IP address corresponding to the datamover_management_float_ip field:8088

      Default account: admin. Default password: Cloud12#$ for installation using HUAWEI CLOUD Stack Deploy, and PXU9@ctuNov17! for manual installation.

    2. Choose Restore > All Backup Images on the home page and search for the current backup image and backup plan name based on the backup image ID and generation time.
    3. Delete the backup image.
    4. Choose Backup > Backup Plan to run the backup plan obtained in 2.b to avoid data loss.
