ALM-1320004 ccs process has exceptions


This is a customized monitoring item. The system checks whether the CCS process is running properly every 5 minutes. This alarm is generated when the process is running improperly.

Impact on the System

The main CCS process fails to provide services. This fault must be handled promptly.

Possible Causes

An exception occurs on the main CCS process.


  1. Log in to ManageOne Maintenance Portal using a browser.

    • URL: https://Address for accessing the homepage of ManageOne Maintenance Portal:31943, for example,
    • Default username: admin; default password: Huawei12#$

  2. On the menu bar in the upper part of the page, choose Alarms > Current Alarms.
  3. In the alarm list, locate the alarm to be handled, and click on the left of the alarm. The Details page is displayed.
  4. Choose Location Info, obtain the host IP address, that is, the IP address of the node where the alarm is generated.
  5. Use PuTTY to log in to the node for which the alarm is generated. Ensure that the IP address of the host obtained in 4 is used to establish the connection.

    The default username is ccs. The default password is IaaS@OS-CLOUD9!.

  6. Run the following command and enter the password of the root user as prompted to switch to the root user (the default password is Cloud12#$):

    sudo su

  7. Run the following command to disable user logout upon system timeout:


  8. Run the following command to start the CCS processes:

    sh /etc/ccs/init-script/ -M VM

  9. Run the following command to invoke the service status check script to check whether CCS is running properly.

    curl -i -k https://$IP:8889

    $IP indicates the host IP address obtained in 4.

    If the command output contains "200 OK", CCS is running properly.

    • If CCS is running properly, wait for 5 minutes and check whether the alarm is cleared. If the alarm persists, contact technical support for assistance.
    • If CCS is running improperly., contact technical support for assistance.
