Impact on the System

The FEBS external interface, such as /febs/v1/assets/prelude-loader or /febs/{VERSION}/pub/info, returns an error code.

Possible Causes

  • The database fails to be authenticated or accessed.
  • The client does not have the permission to connect to the database.

Procedure

  1. Use a browser to log in to the FusionStage OM zone console.

    1. Log in to ManageOne Maintenance Portal.
      • Login address: https://Address for accessing the homepage of ManageOne Maintenance Portal:31943, for example, https://oc.type.com:31943.
      • The default username is admin, and the default password is Huawei12#$.
    2. On the O&M Maps page, click the FusionStage link under Quick Links to go to the FusionStage OM zone console.

  2. Choose Application Operations > Application Operations > Log Management > Log Search from the main menu.
  3. On the displayed Log Search page, select febs from the App drop-down list.
  4. Select the corresponding node which produces alarm from the Node drop-down list.
  5. Select Last hour in the time range area.
  6. Enter the keyword redisDB is unhealthy in the log keyword text box.
  7. Click Query to locate the failure cause.

    • If the error information contains connect ECONNREFUSED, check whether network and database statuses are normal.
    • If the error information contains ERR invalid password or NOAUTH Authentication required, check whether the database password and database key certificate are changed.

  8. If the fault cannot be rectified, contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm will be automatically cleared after the fault is rectified.
