ALM-4104 Stack Running Is Abnormal

Description

This alarm is reported when health check detects that the stack is abnormal.

Possible Causes

  • The tenant's service application runs abnormally.
  • The tenant's service application has been deleted unintentionally.

Procedure

  1. Log in to FusionStage.

    1. Use a browser to log in to ManageOne Operation Portal (ManageOne Tenant Portal in B2B scenarios) as a VDC administrator or VDC operator.
      Login address:
      • Login address in a non-B2B scenario: https://Address for accessing ManageOne Operation Portal, for example, https://console.demo.com.
      • Login address in the B2B scenario: https://Address for accessing ManageOne Tenant Portal, for example, https://tenant.demo.com
    2. Select your region and then project from the drop-down list on the top menu bar.
    3. Choose Console > Application > FusionStage from the main menu.

  2. Click the stack for which this alarm is triggered. On the displayed Stack Detail page, choose Elements > Application to check whether the application has been deleted unintentionally.

    • If yes, go to 5.
    • If no, go to 3.

  3. Click an application name to check whether the application status is normal. Repeat this operation to check the statuses of all applications.

    • If yes, go to 6.
    • If no, go to 2.

  4. Restore the application to normal based on run logs of the application or other O&M information. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 5.

  5. Reinstall the stack and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    1. On the Stack Detail page, choose More > Uninstall to uninstall the stack. After the stack is successfully uninstalled, the stack status switches to Initialized.

    2. On the Stack Detail page, choose More > Install to re-deploy the stack. After the stack is successfully installed, the stack returns to normal.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 6.

  6. Contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

After the stack status is restored, you need to manually clear the alarm.
