Description

This alarm is reported when the service instance is abnormal.

Indicates the name of the service instance for which the alarm is reported.

namespace

Indicates the namespace of the service instance that reports the alarm.

tenant

Indicates the name of the tenant for which this alarm is generated.

identId

Indicates the ID of the service instance that reports the alarm.

Impact on the System

The service instance is not running properly and cannot be accessed.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • The network connectivity may be interrupted.
  • The stack of service instance may be abnormal.

Procedure

  1. Log in to FusionStage.

    1. Use a browser to log in to ManageOne Operation Portal (ManageOne Tenant Portal in B2B scenarios) as a VDC administrator or VDC operator.
      Login address:
      • Login address in a non-B2B scenario: https://Address for accessing ManageOne Operation Portal, for example, https://console.demo.com.
      • Login address in the B2B scenario: https://Address for accessing ManageOne Tenant Portal, for example, https://tenant.demo.com
    2. Select your region and then project from the drop-down list on the top menu bar.
    3. Choose Console > Application > FusionStage from the main menu.

  2. Choose Marketplace > Service > My Order from the main menu.
  3. Click the abnormal service instance.
  4. On the displayed page, click See Stack link next to Stack, and check the stack status.

    • If the status is Abnormal, click the Execution Logs tab, click View in the Operation column, and contact technical support engineers for help.
    • If the status is not Abnormal, perform the next step.

  5. Choose Marketplace > Service > My Order from the main menu.
  6. Click Operation Log under More on the lower right corner of the abnormal service instance, view the service instance logs to identify the cause, and contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm is automatically cleared when the service instance restores.
