ALM-CFW_00003 The OMMHA Process of CFW Is Not Running Properly


This alarm is generated when the OMMHA process on the DF node of CWF fails.

OMMHA is unavailable, which affects use of services.

Possible Causes

The OMMHA process stops.


  1. Log in to ManageOne Maintenance Portal using a browser.

    • URL: https://Address for accessing ManageOne Maintenance Portal homepage:31943, for example,
    • Default username: admin; default password: Huawei12#$

  2. Click Enter System.
  3. On the menu bar, choose Alarms > Current Alarms. In Details, locate IP Address/URL/Domain Name of the alarm.
  4. Use PuTTY to log in to the management VM by using the IP address corresponding to IP Address/URL/Domain Name in Details.

    Default account: cfw; default password: Huawei12#$

  5. Run the following command and enter the password Cloud12#$ of user root to switch to the root user:

    sudo su - root

  6. Run the following command to disable user logout upon system timeout:


  7. Run the following command to check whether the following information is displayed:

    ps -ef | grep "ha.bin"

    [cfw@***]$ ps -ef | grep "ha.bin"
    root      9998     1  0 Apr19 ?        00:21:16 /opt/software/ommha/ha/module/hacom/bin/ha.bin --logsyslog=0 --loglevel=INFO --logpath=/var/log/ssa/ommha/ha/runlog --logarchive=3600 --bboxpath=/var/log/ssa/ommha/ha/core --module=HA
    cfw      12060 11275  0 20:28 pts/0    00:00:00 grep --color=auto ha.bin
    • If yes, go to 9.
    • If no, go to 8.

  8. Run the following command to restart the OMMHA service:

    service ommha restart

  9. Wait for 10 to 20 minutes and check whether the alarm is automatically cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, contact technical support for assistance.
