This alarm is reported when a node fails to be managed.

System Actions


Possible Causes

  • The node IP address is incorrect.
  • The user name and password to log in to the node are incorrect.
  • The node has been managed.


  1. Use a browser to log in to the FusionStage OM zone console.

    1. Log in to ManageOne Maintenance Portal.
      • Login address: https://Address for accessing the homepage of ManageOne Maintenance Portal:31943, for example,
      • The default username is admin, and the default password is Huawei12#$.
    2. On the O&M Maps page, click the FusionStage link under Quick Links to go to the FusionStage OM zone console.

  2. Choose Application Operations > Application Operations from the main menu.
  3. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Alarm Center > Alarm List and query the alarm by setting query criteria.
  4. Click to expand the alarm information. Record the values of name in Location Info, that is, node-name.
  5. Use PuTTY to log in to the manage_lb1_ip node.

    The default username is paas, and the default password is QAZ2wsx@123!.

  6. Run the following command and enter the password of the root user to switch to the root user:

    su - root

    Default password: QAZ2wsx@123!

  7. Run the following command to obtain the IP address of the node:

    kubectl get node node-name -ojsonpath='{.spec.address}'

    In the preceding command, node-name indicates the node name obtained in 4.

    Confirm whether you can obtain the IP address of the node.

    • If yes, go to 8.
    • If no, go to 16.

  8. Check whether the IP address, user name, and password of the node are correct.

    • If yes, go to 13.
    • If no, go to 9.

  9. Choose Project Management > Resource > Node from the main menu.
  10. In the node list, select the node to be deleted and click Delete Forcibly.
  11. Enter forcedelete in the text box and click Confirm.
  12. Delete the node and manage it again. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to13.

  13. Check whether the node is managed.

    • If yes, go to 14.
    • If no, go to 16.

  14. Check whether the used node is completely uninstalled (whether there is a residual file in the /var/paas/ directory).

    • If yes, go to 16.
    • If no, go to 15.

  15. Run the following command, delete the remaining files, and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    rm -rf /var/paas/*
    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 16.

  16. Contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm will be automatically cleared after the fault is rectified.
