Possible Causes

The version of the backup workflow server (backup proxy) is different from that of the backup manager (backup server).

Procedure

  1. Possible cause: The version of the backup proxy is different from that of the backup server.

    1. Use PuTTY to log in to the node where the alarm is reported and the primary node.

      Default account: hcp. Default password: PXU9@ctuNov17!.

    2. Run the su root command and enter the password of user root to switch to user root.

      The default password of user root is Cloud12#$.

    3. Run the showsys | grep Product Version command on the backup workflow server (backup proxy) and backup manager (backup server) to check whether the version of the backup workflow server (backup proxy) is the same as that of the backup manager (backup server). If not, upgrade the backup workflow server (backup proxy) to be the same as that of the backup manager (backup server).

    4. Check whether the versions of all backup workflow servers (backup proxies) are the same as those of the backup manager (backup server). If not, upgrade the backup workflow servers (backup proxies) to ensure that the versions are the same as the version of the backup manager (backup server).
