This alarm is reported when an application instance fails to pull the software package.

Impact on the System

The application running within the pod is abnormal, so that functions related to the application (pod) may be unavailable.

System Actions

The instance keeps pulling the software package.

Possible Causes

  • The configured software package path is incorrect.
  • The software package does not exist in the software repository.
  • The software repository is inaccessible.


  1. Based on alarm parameters, check whether the software package keeps failing to be pulled due to incorrect package name. A package name should consist of a remote software package address and version. To obtain a software package address, click Repository > Software.

    • If yes, go to 2.
    • If no, go to 3.

  2. Correct the image name. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 3.

  3. Check whether the remote software repository is accessible.

    • If yes, go to 6.
    • If no, go to 4.

  4. Restore the software repository. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 5.

  5. On the Marketplace page, choose Repository > Software to upload the correct software package. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 6.

  6. Contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm is automatically cleared after the fault is rectified.
