This alarm is reported when a node fails to be uninstalled.

Possible Causes

The user does not have the required permissions to perform this operation.


  1. Use PuTTY to log in to the manage_lb1_ip node.

    The default username is paas, and the default password is QAZ2wsx@123!.

  2. Run the following command and enter the password of the root user to switch to the root user:

    su - root

    Default password: QAZ2wsx@123!

  3. Run the following commands to modify the sudoers permissions of the paas user:

    sed -i '/^%paas/{/ALL$/!d}' /etc/sudoers

    echo "%paas ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL" | tee -a /etc/sudoers

  4. Use a browser to log in to the FusionStage OM zone console.

    1. Log in to ManageOne Maintenance Portal.
      • Login address: https://Address for accessing the homepage of ManageOne Maintenance Portal:31943, for example,
      • The default username is admin, and the default password is Huawei12#$.
    2. On the O&M Maps page, click the FusionStage link under Quick Links to go to the FusionStage OM zone console.

  5. Choose Project Management > Resource > Node from the main menu.
  6. In the node list, locate the row that contains the node to be deleted and choose More > Delete.
  7. Enter delete and click OK.
  8. Delete the node again and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 9.

  9. In the node list, select the node to be deleted and click Delete Forcibly.
  10. Enter forcedelete in the text box and click Confirm.
  11. Delete the node forcibly and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 12.

  12. Contact technical support for assistance.

Alarm Clearing

This alarm must be manually cleared after the fault is rectified.
