Restoring the Common Component Service Configuration File

Background

You need to restore configuration files in case of the following exceptions:
  • The disk and OS of the LVS, Nginx, DNS, HAProxy, CCS, SDR, SMN, Gaussdb, or TaskCenter node are faulty, and node data is lost.
  • System data is damaged due to misoperations.

Prerequisites

  • You have obtained the IP address for logging in to DMK.
  • You have obtained the group administrator account and password of the LVS, Nginx, DNS, HAProxy, CCS, SDR, SMN, Gaussdb, or TaskCenter node.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the DMK platform using the group administrator accounts of the services whose configuration files need to be restored.

    • LVS: The default username is LVS. The default password is Cloud12#$.
    • Nginx: The default username is nginx. The default password is Cloud12#$.
    • DNS: The default username is udns. The default password is cnp200@HW.
    • HAProxy: The default username is haproxy. The default password is Cloud12#$.
    • CCS: The default username is CCS. The default password is IaaS@SERVICE-CLOUD8!.
    • SDR: The default username is SDR. The default password is Meter@123.
    • SMN: The default username is SMNALL. The default password is Cloud12#$.
    • Gaussdb: The default username is gaussdb. The default password is Cloud12#$.
    • TaskCenter: The default username is taskcenter. The default password is Cloud12#$.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Deploy Guide.

  3. On the Service Configuration page, click the Services tab. Select the service (LVS, Nginx, DNS, or HAProxy) whose configuration files need to be restored, and set the following parameters:

    • Select Version: Select the software package version of each service.
    • Select Action: Select Update Configuration for LVS, Nginx, and HAProxy, Domain Config for DNS, and Upgrade for CCS, SDR, SMN, Gaussdb, and TaskCenter.
    • Select Region: Select local.
    • Host Repository: Select NO.
    • Blue-Green Deployment: Select NO.

  4. Click Next to go to the Hosts and User Configuration page.
  5. Select the team and added account.

    • LVS: Select LVS for Team and ulb for Account.
    • Nginx: Select nginx for Team and onframework for Account.
    • DNS: Select DNS-Internal for Team and udns for Account.
    • HAProxy: Select haproxy for Team and ulb for Account.
    • CCS: Select CCS for Team and ccs for Account.
    • SDR; Select SDR for Team and meteradmin for Account.
    • SMN: Select SMN for Team and hermes for Account.
    • Gaussdb:
      • Set the team to which co-deployed services belong to SDR and select gaussdb for Account.
      • Services deployed separately have their own teams and accounts. For example, if the SMN service is used, select SMN. Select the installation account corresponding to the service group when installing the database of an earlier version.
    • TaskCenter: Select TaskCenter for Team and apitask for Account.

  6. Click Execute.
  7. View the task status.

    1. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Task Board.
    2. Locate the restoration task and view its status. The configuration file is restored if is displayed for the task name.
