Preparing the Third-Party Backup Server

Preparing the Third-Party Backup Server

After backup tasks for all components (except ManageOne) are executed automatically or manually, the backup data files are saved to the local server path by default. The system periodically uploads the backup data files to the third-party server only after the IP address of the third-party backup server is configured. ManageOne does not support local backup and its data is backed up on the SFTP server.

Ensure the network connection between the management platform software and the third-party backup server: Check the network configurations (such as firewalls and core switches) to ensure that the management platform software can communicate with the third-party backup server through the corresponding protocol port.
