/opt/paas/dockyard File System Is Damaged

Symptom

/opt/paas/dockyard file system fails to be mounted, as shown in the following figure.

Run the following command in the system maintenance mode to query the file system status:

lvs

The command output shown in the following figure indicates that the vol_opt_paas_dockyard file system is damaged.

Possible Causes

The VM is abnormally powered off when services are running.

Troubleshooting Method

  1. When information shown in the following figure is displayed, enter the password of the root user to go to the maintenance mode.

  2. Run the following command to repair the damaged file system:

    fsck -y /dev/mapper/opt_vg-vol_opt_paas_dockyard

  3. Run the following command to restart the VM:

    reboot

  4. If the fault persists, contact technical support for assistance.
