Background

If the paas user on the node has not been added to the whitelist, the paas user fails to run the sudo command.

Procedure

  1. Log in as the root user to the node where the paas user fails to run the sudo command.
  2. Run the following command to add the paas user to the whitelist:

    echo "%paas ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL" >> /etc/sudoers
