Obtaining Operation Log IDs

Application Scenario

When a user fails to apply for an order, the system searches for the operation log ID, finds the corresponding call chain ID on the OM plane based on the operation log ID, finds the failure cause, and locates the fault.

Procedure

  1. Log in to ManageOne as a VDC administrator using a browser.

    URL in the non-B2B scenario: https://Address for accessing ManageOne Operation Portal, for example, https://console.demo.com

    URL in the B2B scenario: https://Address for accessing ManageOne Tenant Portal, for example, https://tenant.demo.com

  2. Click in the upper right corner of the page and click My Orders in the displayed list.
  3. On the My Orders page, view the orders whose Order Status is Failed and record the values of Order Number and Created At.
  4. In the navigation pane, choose My Logs.
  5. On the My Logs page, click on the right of All operation time and select Custom operation time.
  6. On the Customize operation time page, select the order creation time in the first time selection box (the time is the same as the creation time recorded in 3 and is accurate to minute), and click OK.
  7. Click Save.
  8. On the right of the My Logs page, enter a resource name in the text box and click to query operation logs.
  9. Click on the left of the queried logs to expand the log details.
  10. Verify that the order number in Operation Details is the same as that recorded in 3 and record the OperationId. This operation ID is the same as that required on the OM plane.
