Service Flow

Figure 15-3 shows the service flow of Direct Connect.

The service flow contains the following tasks:

  1. A user applies for resources on the Direct Connect page. The VPC calls the Neutron API to create a Direct Connect connection.
  2. The Neutron DC plugin writes the operation into the database, l3-service-agent writes the op table data into the extension table, and the vRouter component delivers the flow table based on the content of the extension table.
  3. The Neutron DC agent delivers the Direct Connect configuration to the Direct Connect gateway.
