Advantages

Advantages

SMN has the following advantages:

  • Stability and reliability

Key services impose high requirements on stability and reliability of the message notification service, demanding that messages will not be lost and a variety of measures will be provided to ensure service continuity. SMN meets these requirements.

  • Easy usage

A self-developed messaging system is expensive and requires long time to be integrated with your services. Its APIs are complicated and hard to use. SMN provides three basic APIs to create topics, add subscriptions, and publish messages and can be quickly integrated with your services. It enables you to send messages and does not require highly skilled development. In this way, SMN reduces your system development and O&M costs and enables you to easily build a loosely coupled system.

  • Cross-protocol messages push

You can use SMN to push messages to all types of terminals, such as mobile phones, emails servers, and network servers.

  • Security

SMN isolates data based on topics and does not allow any unauthorized users to access message queues, thereby protecting your service data.
