Architecture

Figure 38-1 shows the architecture of vAPP. Table 38-1 describes vAPP component details.

Manages computing instances. In the vAPP service, Neutron is used to provide network resources for VMs.

The tasks in all steps are as follows:

  1. Apply for vAPP instances on the vAPP console.
  2. The vAPP service calls the interface of the Resource Template Service (RTS).
  3. The RTS calls a cloud service interface based on orchestrated resources to create resources.
