Accessing and Using ServiceStage

Accessing and Using ServiceStage

Users can use the ManageOne operation plane to access the cloud service. If you are a VDC administrator, VDC operator, or have the operation rights for the cloud service, you can directly log in to the ManageOne operation plane and choose this cloud service on the Product or Console menu.

Do as follows:

  1. Log in to the ManageOne operation plane as a VDC operator using a browser.

    • Login address:
      • Login address in the non-B2B scenario: https://Address for accessing the Console page. Example: https://console.type.com.
      • Login address in the B2B scenario: https://Address used by VDC users to access the ManageOne operation plane. Example: https://console.type.com.
    • The requirements for the VDC administrator or VDC operator for the login are as follows:
      • If the tenant FusionStageResVDC is preset by default, the VDC administrator or VDC operator of this preset tenant is required. The default first-level VDC administrator is FusionStageResUser.
      • If the tenant FusionStageResVDC is not preset by default, the VDC administrator or VDC operator of the tenant planned during ServiceStage installation is required. The tenant planned can be obtained by searching for "FusionStageResVDC" on the "Basic Parameter" sheet in the xxx_export_all.xlsm file exported during ServiceStage installation.

  2. Select a region and a project from the drop-down box in the upper left corner of the page.
  3. On the homepage of the system, choose Application > Container Application Platform.

You can also choose Console > Application > Container Application Platform.

NOTE:

If you need to use a preset tenant of ServiceStage to log in to the ServiceStage tenant management zone to perform operations, for example, manually manage load balancing nodes and Broker nodes, do as follows:

  1. Open a browser and enter the IP address of the tenant management zone (https://servicestage.console.type.com) in the address box.
    • In the preceding domain name, servicestage.console is a fixed value and does not need to be changed.
    • Non-B2B scenario: In the preceding domain name, type.com indicates the value of the ManageOne_external_global_domain_name parameter in the "FCD Generated Parameters" sheet of the parameter information summary file (xxx_export_all.xlsm) exported after IaaS is installed.
    • B2B scenario: In the preceding domain name, type.com indicates the value of the ManageOne_B2B_external_global_domain_name parameter in the "FCD Generated Parameters" sheet of the parameter information summary file (xxx_export_all.xlsm) exported after IaaS is installed.
  2. Enter the preset tenant name and its password, and click Log In.
The preset tenants are as follows:
    • op_svc_servicestage: used to approve tenants, services, and quotas, as well as view the platform status.
    • op_svc_cfe: used to manage the CFE-addon nodes in the tenant management zone.
    • op_svc_cse: used to manage Broker nodes in the tenant management zone.
