Collecting Information

Collect the required information before rectifying the fault. For details, see Information Collection.

To collect the logs, perform the following steps:

  1. Identify the IP address of the node where the process is abnormal based on the IP address in the alarm email on the ManageOne OM plane.
  2. Collect logs generated when the fault occurs.

    The log file path of the nginx node is /opt/onframework/nginx/logs/access.log and /opt/onframework/nginx/logs/error.log.
