What Can I Do When the Active or Standby HA Server Is Faulty and Cannot Be Automatically Recovered?

Symptom

The active or standby HA server is faulty and cannot be automatically recovered.

Possible Causes

The hardware on the active or standby server is faulty.

Procedure
  1. Rectify the active server fault.

    1. Query the status of the standby server and wait until it is switched to the active server.

      For details about how to query the HA status, see Querying the Service Status in FusionCloud 6.3.1.1 Command Reference.

    2. Query the HA configuration on the normal server.

      For details about how to query the HA status, see Querying HA Configuration Information in FusionCloud 6.3.1.1 Command Reference.

    3. Reinstall the eReplication software of the same version and reconfigure HA. For details, contact technical support engineers.
    4. After configuration, restart the system and query the HA status to check whether HA is successfully configured

  2. Rectify the standby server fault.

    1. On the active server, query the HA configuration.
