Information Required for Troubleshooting Other Exceptions

If the problem cannot be resolved with the preceding solutions, collect the following information and contact technical support:

NOTE:

In this section, /var/log/paas/oss is assumed as the root log directory.

  1. Use PuTTY to log in to the master database node as the paas user.

    The default username is paas, and the default password is QAZ2wsx@123!.

    Run the following command to collect logs:

    /var/log/paas/oss/manager/DeployAgent/

  2. Switch to the dbuser user, and run the following command to collect logs:

    /opt/mysql/data/<name of the master database>/mysql.err

  3. Connect the master database instance using the MySQL tool. Run the following commands, and record the command output.

    show master status\G

    show slave status\G

  1. Use PuTTY to log in to the slave database node as the paas user.

    The default username is paas, and the default password is QAZ2wsx@123!.

    Run the following command to collect logs:

    /var/log/paas/oss/manager/DeployAgent/

  2. Switch to the dbuser user, and run the following command to collect logs:

    /opt/mysql/data/<name of the slave database>/mysql.err

  3. Connect the slave database instance using the MySQL tool. Run the following commands, and record the command output.

    show master status\G

    show slave status\G

  1. Run the following commands to switch to the paas user, and screenshot the command output.

    su - paas

    cd /opt/paas/oss/manager/apps/DBAgent/bin

    . /opt/paas/oss/manager/bin/engr_profile.sh

    ./dbsvc_adm -cmd query-db-instance
