Failure of Generating SDR Files of All Resources


The port process of SDR is running properly, but the SDR files of all resources fail to be generated.

Possible Causes
  • Domain Name Server (DNS) is not configured.
  • The SDR account in Identity and Access Management (IAM) does not exist.
  • The disk usage of the SFTP node is fully occupied.
  • The permission of the directory where the files are stored on the SFTP node is incorrect.
Fault Demarcation Methods

Check the logs of the Agent and Controller components and determine the causes of the failure of generating the SDR files of all resources. Figure 24-12 shows the fault demarcation methods.

  1. Use PuTTY to log in to the PUB-SRV01 and PUB-SRV02 VMs, respectively.

    • Default username: meteradmin
    • Default password: Huawei@123

  2. Run the following command to check the logs:

    vi /var/log/meterticket-agent/meterticket-agent.log

  3. Use PuTTY to log in to the PUB-SRV03 and PUB-SRV04 VMs, respectively.

    • Default username: meteradmin
    • Default password: Huawei@123

  4. Run the following command to check the logs:

    vi /var/log/meterticket-controller/meterticket-controller.log

  5. Perform operations based on the exception information in the logs, as shown in Table 24-1. If Table 24-1 does not contain the logs, contact technical support for assistance.

    Get token fail, try later again

    Run the following command to open the DNS configuration file:

    vi /etc/resolv.conf

    The value next to nameserver in the file is the management IP address of DNS. Contact technical support to check whether the parameter is correctly configured.


    get IAM token failed,statusCode=Unauthorized (401) - The request requires user authentication

    Check whether the following two SDR accounts exist in IAM:
    • Resource account:

      Username: op_svc_sdr

      Password: Meterticket_6!

    • User:

      Username: Meterticket_admin

      Password: Meterticket_6!

      bind_group is set to services.

    If the accounts do not exist, contact technical support for assistance.


    get IAM token failed,statusCode=Bad Request (400) - The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax,response is {"error":{"code":400,"message":"project id or name is not existed.","title":"Bad Request"}}

    The information indicates that the project to which the op_svc_sdr tenant belongs does not exist. The value is the same as that of region-id in g_regions of the DMK public configuration. Contact technical support for assistance.


    Caused by: com.jcraft.jsch.SftpException: Failure

    Run the following commands to check the disk and INodes information of the SFTP node:

    df -h

    df -i

    If the INodes or disk space in the /opt directory is used up, delete some files in the directory.


    Caused by: com.jcraft.jsch.SftpException: Permission Deny

    Check whether user meteradmin can perform operations on the /opt/meterfiles/uploads directory and all its subdirectories on the SFTP node. If user meteradmin cannot perform operations on the directory, change the directory permission.
