Collecting Information

Collect required information before rectifying a fault. For details, see Information Collection.

To collect the logs, perform the following steps:

  1. Identify the IP address of the node where the process is abnormal based on the IP address in the alarm email on the ManageOne OM plane.
  2. Collect logs generated when the fault occurs.

    The log file path of an LVS node is /var/log/messages.
