Before installing ManageOne, obtain the environment planning information required by the installation.

Table 26-4 lists the environment planning information you need to obtain from the data center administrator for installation.

Number of VMs required for installation: 14. The default username and password of VMs are root and Changeme_123, respectively.

The data in this section is the planned value. Set these parameters based on the actual network plan.

For example, the region ID can be cn-global-1. The value of this parameter is used as a logical partition to facilitate the deployment and is irrelevant to region division for actual services.

Mask of the subnet on the Public_Service network plane. For details about the check method, see Note under this table.

This parameter is the AZ created on FusionSphere OpenStack for VM deployment. You can choose Resources > Computing > Hosts on the FusionSphere OpenStack Management Console to view the AZ of the created host, which is consistent with this parameter value.

NOTE:
  • regionAlias indicates the alias of a region. Set regionAlias to the value of regionAlias in environment planning. The region alias must contain three uppercase letters, for example, MOC.
  • Deploying VMs in the OpenStack+KVM scenario is used as an example here. On FusionSphere OpenStack Management Console, choose Resources > Virtual Network to view information about the subnet named Public_Service. The subnet mask format is IP address/Number ranging from 1 to 32. The number indicates the length of the network ID in the subnet mask. Number N indicates each of the first N digits of the 32-digit binary subnet mask is 1, and the other digits are 0. You can covert the subnet mask format into dotted decimal notation format.

    Example: If the subnet information is 10.31.32.0/24, the mask in dotted decimal notation format is 255.255.255.0.
