Possible Causes

  • The MySQL process on the ELB database node is running improperly.
  • The data in the ELB database table is incorrectly processed.

Procedure

    The default username is elb and the default password is cnp200@HW.

  2. Run the following command to check whether the MySQL process is running properly:

    ps -ef|grep mysql

    • If yes, go to 7.
    • If no, go to 3.

  3. Run the following command and enter the password Cloud12#$ of user root to switch to user root:

    sudo su - root

  4. Run the following command to disable logout upon timeout:

    TMOUT=0

  5. Run the following command to enter the ELB service database:

    su slb

  6. Run the following command to start the database service:

    /var/elb/packages/mysql/support-files/mysql.server start

  7. Run the following command to log in to the database:

    /var/elb/packages/mysql/bin/mysql -uelb -p{Password of database user elb}

  8. Run the following command to query the data tables and check whether all databases are displayed in the command output:

    show databases;

    use elb;

    show tables;

    • If yes, the database contains no less than five data tables, the following information is displayed:
      mysql> use elb;
