Resource Unavailability Troubleshooting


When you access the Application page of the FusionStage OM system, a message is displayed, indicating that the resource does not exist.

Possible Causes

The CFE route of the OM zone is lost.

Troubleshooting Method

  1. Use PuTTY to log in to the om_core1_ip node.

    The default username is paas, and the default password is QAZ2wsx@123!.

  2. Run the following command to query the template that stores TimeTasks:

    kubectl get job cfe-er-registry -nom -oyaml > job.yaml

  3. Run the following command to delete all existing TimeTasks.

    kubectl delete -f job.yaml

    Run the following command to check whether the deletion operation is successful.

    If TimeTasks is not displayed, the operation is successful.

    kubectl get job -nom

  4. Run the following command to re-create TimeTasks.

    kubectl create -f job.yaml
